Meine Vibes. Und mehr.

I try to put my vibes into words here:
People, cultures and languages inspire me. Just like animals, plants and everything that is not "obviously" to be seen. I love to be in nature. To drum and dance, listen to music, soak up the colors and light in Africa, lose myself in a novel or a film. Discussing with people, laughing and crying.
I like to talk in metaphors, I value my choice of words, because: "Words cast spell, use them wisely". I like to use different languages because I find that there are words that better express what is meant in another language. For example "Vibes", "Voilà" or "Ehhhh" (in Luganda). I've felt a fascination for communication since I was a child. So it came about that, in addition to different spoken languages, I also learned sign language and Lormen (form of communication for deaf-blind people).
Through my months in West and East Africa, I felt the stamp of my origin even more clearly. So much has changed in me as a result and my marinades have been re-mixed, a new rhythm came into my life and my heart started to dance wildly (my feet too!). And with the coaching, a whole new groove has been added since the end of 2020, which inspires and exhorts me.
I carried out my first coaching in Kampala, the capital of Uganda, and I continue to offer English coaching.
I had to learn how to marinate from scratch. I thought our marinades would stick to us from day 1 on Mother Earth. That our personality and our charisma are innate or that drastic experiences get stuck in us. In the sense of: "THAT is me. I have to live with THAT now. With me, THAT is just the way it is. Stop." Stop!
I am grateful that I was able to find out 10 years ago that I am the music producer of my life song, that I am the conductor of my orchestra - that I am the only marinator of my marinade. And that all of the things just stick or stay bored if I choose that. And that I can decide how I react to a situation, how much attention I give to whom or what and what my thoughts are about it. That was a humble moment. And so powerful at the same time.
I started my economic résumé as a commercial clerk. Then I worked in Central America, tried out a number of industries and areas of work in Switzerland, learned languages and followed a path that I left when I was 30.
In 2018 I completed my training as a social pedagogue and then worked in Uganda. Back in Switzerland, I felt the direction in which my professional future was going. So it came about that I have been a certified integral coach since December 2020 - or as I call it - a holistic marinator.
I've been on planet earth for 40 years and a few months. I have seen myself as the marinator of my own life for 10 years. I would like to pass on these experiences and Accompany people in their process.
I want to make personal development palatable to people. I want to show how much fun it can be, how magical and wonderful the resonances can be if you dare to develop yourself consciously. I would like to trust people that they follow their soul plan, listen to their hearts, pay more attention to their intuition than to the external factors. I want to help people to take responsibility for themselves. I wish that people can discover their light and be amazed. About yourself. About others. And about our home:
The universe.
I look forward to getting to know you and creating your personal marinade with you, which brings you into your strength and your joy and supports you to take the next step conscientiously.
